Who are we looking for?

We are always on the look-out for great talent – whether you have relevant experience or just starting you career, we are happy to talk to you.

Truly believing in starting from scratch and nurturing young talent, we hire fresh grads just out of university or students in their final years who can work in a full-time position. Our structured onboarding program, in-house trainings and buddy system ensure that you will get all the necessary support to grow into your role.

When experienced media professionals join our team, we welcome their fresh perspective and diverse knowledge to enhance our teams’ expertise.

What would really impress us?

  • Active English language knowledge is essential, as we work with global clients and with our colleagues from different markets regularly.
  • Taking ownership sits at the core of our culture. We seek people who take responsibility for their work and are great at taking initiative. We have your back, but YOU must take the steps.
  • Be a self-starter – looking for work proactively, instead of waiting for it.
  • Adapting quickly to change is a must-have. If you embrace new scenarios and look at them as opportunities, you will enjoy working in our face paced environment, where technology and client demands shift regularly.
  • Curiosity is a superpower! There’s no such thing as a silly question and going after your answers is vital.
  • Team work makes the dream work, so we help each other to tackle whatever comes our way together.

Does that sound like you? :) See how you can join our team!
